Why we exist
WCAG was written in 1999 because assistive tech could only parse HTML literally. That’s why your dev team adds alt text, semantic HTML, keyboard handlers — all to feed dumb screen readers.
A 2026 multimodal AI doesn’t need any of that. It looks at your page like a human and mediates it for users who otherwise couldn’t use it. The law’s actual goal is equal access, not “you must add alt text.” We deliver the goal directly.
